TikTok is pushing the envelope once again with the launch of an AI Effect Challenge. This exciting new challenge invites participants to experiment with AI-powered effects using TikTok’s Effect House platform.
These three sub-challenges are running concurrently, each with its own $1,000 prize pool for three winners:
- AI Fashion Game
Creators are asked to apply stylistic AI filters like cyberpunk or watercolor to transform photos into bold visual statements. - AI Face Morphing
Think face-blending, aging, or surreal facial transformations using AI — the kind of stuff that goes viral instantly. - AI Scene Challenge
Upload an image and use AI to generate an entire environment from it: futuristic cityscapes, fantasy forests, cosmic dreamscapes — you name it.

And yes — you can enter more than one sub-challenge, and no, the effect doesn’t need to be brand new (though it must be submitted via the official form).
Who Can Enter?
This challenge is open to creators in over 100 countries, from the U.S. and Japan to Brazil, France, and South Africa. Basically, if TikTok and Effect House are available in your region and you’re over 18, you’re good to go.
